Welcome to Triply, operated by Purno Technologies Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Triply website, application, AI-powered trip planning features, itinerary generation, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, use, process, and share information.

By accessing or using Triply, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Service.

AI-Powered Trip Planning

Triply uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized trip planning, travel recommendations, itinerary generation, and related features.

Based on information provided by the user, Triply may generate recommendations regarding destinations, attractions, activities, restaurants, accommodation, transportation, schedules, and other travel-related information.

The underlying AI technology, its capabilities, availability, or technical implementation may be updated, replaced, or modified from time to time where necessary to maintain, improve, or support the Service.

AI-Generated Travel Content

Triply uses artificial intelligence to generate travel plans, recommendations, itineraries, suggestions, and other travel-related content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or information that may not be applicable to a user's specific circumstances.

Users should independently verify important information, including opening hours, prices, availability, transportation schedules, accommodation details, visa requirements, local regulations, and other travel requirements before relying on such information.

Triply does not guarantee that AI-generated travel content will always be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for a particular trip or purpose.

User Inputs and AI Processing

To provide AI-powered trip planning functionality, information submitted by users may be processed by our AI technology providers.

When you submit a destination, travel preference, question, instruction, or other content to an AI-powered feature, the information necessary to process your request may be transmitted securely to relevant third-party AI service providers.

This processing is necessary to generate the travel plan, itinerary, recommendations, or other AI response requested by the user.

Travel Information and Recommendations

Triply may provide information about destinations, attractions, restaurants, hotels, transportation options, activities, and other travel-related services.

Triply does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, safety, legality, or suitability of any third-party travel service or recommendation.

Users are responsible for independently confirming relevant details before making bookings, payments, or travel arrangements.

Communications

By using the Service, you may receive service-related communications, including account notifications, subscription information, security alerts, product updates, and other necessary communications.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send promotional or marketing communications regarding Triply or other services offered by Purno Technologies Ltd.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or by contacting support@purno.com.bd.

Purchases and Payments

If you purchase a Triply subscription or other paid feature, you may be required to provide information necessary to process the transaction.

We may use third-party payment processors or payment gateways to facilitate purchases.

Payment providers may process payment-related information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Certain Triply services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

The applicable subscription price, billing cycle, features, access period, and other applicable terms will be communicated to the user at the time of purchase.

Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected subscription plan.

Users may cancel their subscription through the applicable cancellation mechanism or by contacting support@purno.com.bd.

If automatic payment fails, access to subscription features may be suspended or terminated.

Refunds and Cancellation

If you cancel a subscription during an active subscription period, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the applicable paid period, unless otherwise specified.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated for a particular offer, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a subscription period that has already commenced.

For one-time or on-demand purchases, cancellation and refund availability may depend on the nature of the purchase and applicable payment-provider rules.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

These may include providers for:

Triply does not sell your personal information, travel-related inputs, AI prompts, conversations, or user-submitted content to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Other companies are not authorized to search, browse, or access your private AI prompts, conversations, or submitted content for their own advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

We may use your contact or account information to communicate with you about Triply, including product updates and promotional offers, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Where third-party service providers are used to deliver our own communications or measure campaign performance, they process information on our behalf and are not authorized to independently use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Triply:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• To generate or facilitate fraudulent, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• To infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• To interfere with, damage, disable, or disrupt the Service.
• To introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• To use automated systems to access or scrape the Service without prior authorization.
• To circumvent or interfere with security controls or technical restrictions.
• To misuse AI-generated travel information for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that the Service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor, analyze, and improve the use and performance of the Service.

Analytics providers may process technical and usage information on our behalf.

They are not authorized to access or use private AI prompts or conversations for their own independent marketing purposes.

No Use By Minors

Triply is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

Accounts

Where an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or a security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the Service, its users, or our legitimate business interests.

Intellectual Property

Triply, including its software, design, branding, interface, features, AI-generated functionality, and Company-owned content, is owned by or licensed to Purno Technologies Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit Company-owned content or functionality without prior written permission.

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to process such content and provide the Service.

Third-Party Services and Websites

Triply may use or integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, payment providers, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure providers, mapping services, travel information providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent practices of third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE AND AI-GENERATED TRAVEL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

AI-generated travel information should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Users are responsible for verifying important travel information before making decisions or arrangements based on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purno Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Triply, reliance on AI-generated travel content, or information obtained through third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or where termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or Company.

You may discontinue using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, update, add, or remove features of the Service, including AI-powered trip planning functionality, from time to time.

We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, technology, legal requirements, or our business practices.

The updated Terms will be published on the Triply website.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
